1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph2win platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph2win (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of ph2win is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph2win strictly complies with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gaming participation in the Philippines. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph2win or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of the Company, or a close family member of any such person.

ph2win reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To participate in any real-money game or wager on ph2win, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep such information updated at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify ph2win immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.

ph2win operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. This is a standard compliance measure and is not optional.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit at ph2win is ₱200. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. ph2win targets processing within one (1) business day for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The Company reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

Currency: All transactions on ph2win are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The Company does not apply currency conversion fees for PHP-denominated transactions.

Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. ph2win reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 from dormant account balances after providing prior notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph2win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to registered players who have completed the KYC verification process.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"), which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific terms of each offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• ph2win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or shared device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on ph2win use a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG certification is conducted by an independent third-party testing laboratory. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game, ph2win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. No claim for expected winnings arising from a technical fault will be entertained.

Bets placed in error by the player (e.g., wrong amount, wrong selection) cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their bet details before confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph2win and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who identify such issues must report them to support immediately.
• Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction without first contacting ph2win support.

ph2win cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Any credible suspicion of criminal activity associated with a player account will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2win Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ph2win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the absence of errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure outages are outside the Company's control.

ph2win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph2win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications of time spent and net session result.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph2win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the effective date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to regulatory compliance or licensing matters, ph2win operates subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
